Book reports for school the little prince

The Little Prince is a profound book, in which some of us maybe don’t totally appreciate. However, it tells us something much important related to love and responsibility. Written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, a French writer, The little prince was created during World War II, after Germany’s invasion of France...

He published some novel and short stories: “L’Aviateur”, “Lettre a un otage”, “Vol de nuit”… “The little prince”, his most famous work, shows in an allegorically the human need for friendship and love. He talked about some important themes of our time such as loneliness, superficiality and power thirst.

The little prince – the main character of the story. He is a boy that travelled to Earth from outer Space with hope that he will find out something new. He went on his journey to get to know himself and others better. Author did not describe him but he did place a drawing of him in the book.

The Little Prince begins with the Pilot reflecting on his childhood dream to become an artist and how the adults who surrounded him when he was just seven years old persuaded him to take another career path, leaving him frustrated. No adult could appreciate the pilot’s drawing.
